End User License Agreement – Single License

           This agreement between QESounds and the purchaser grants the purchaser the license to   
  install and use the product on ONE computer given the following conditions:

 1 - QESounds is only responsible for replacement of faulty media and this is limited to within 30 days 
       of the purchase.

 2 – No copies ((in any media form) (physical or virtual)) are to be made (other than the installation
       image on the target system – the ONLY exception being that one physical copy can be made of
       downloaded products.)

 3 – The sounds contained in the product are Copyrighted property of QESounds and QESounds only
       grants a license to the purchaser to use the product – no ownership rights are granted or implied
       to the purchaser of this product.

 4 – The sounds contained within this product must be used accompanied by sufficient over-layering of
      other content as to make it impossible to obtain a reproduction of the original sounds in this
      product from any resulting recordings and/or presentations made using this product.

 5 – The product may NOT be used in the creation of any sound libraries or instruments either for sale
       or distribution.

 6 -  The use of this product can be rented on the original installation system only.

 7 – QESounds is not liable for any damages to equipment or person due to the use of this product.

 8 – This product may not be resold.

            Failure to adhere to the above shall constitute a breach of contract on the part of the
       purchaser, is illegal, and will be prosecuted under applicable laws.

            By unsealing the DVD/CD and/or installing the product download – the purchaser – by
      default agrees to the conditions of this agreement.
